Vendor guidelines
These general standards help protect shoppers, vendors, staff, and the market. Your rental agreement and posted notices may include additional requirements.
Arrival & Setup
- Arrive within the designated vendor-entry period.
- Unload promptly and move vehicles as directed.
- Use only the space assigned to you.
Aisles & Safety
- Keep aisles, exits, and access routes clear.
- Secure racks, tents, signs, and displays.
- Do not create tripping or falling hazards.
Merchandise
- Sell only lawful, authentic, and permitted items.
- Clearly disclose item condition when appropriate.
- Follow all licensing and regulatory requirements.
Cleanup & Closing
- Remove trash, boxes, and unsold merchandise.
- Leave the space clean and ready for the next use.
- Follow closing and vehicle-access procedures.
Payments & Attendance
- Keep rent and other charges current.
- Follow reservation and cancellation requirements.
- Notify management when required by your agreement.
Professional Conduct
- Treat shoppers, vendors, and staff respectfully.
- Keep displays clean and customer-ready.
